How do I use Webinaria to record a "picture within a picture" so that a small talking head of myself is shown in the corner while sharing and explaining what's on the screen?
Could you use Webinaria to create a tutorial on this and send me the link, please?

You just have to use the webcam recording feature. This option can be enabled in the Hardware tab within the program's interface. Once the option is enabled you can proceed to the actual window or desktop recording mode. After the file has been pre-saved, you can add the webcam content in the publishing media section. When all the procedures completed, save the file and you will have an AVI output with your contents.
However, as a personal advice, this software lacks a lot of things. It doesn't allow you to specify custom resolutions and it's bugged on newer operating systems.
As a suggestion, Camtasia does a far better job being a powerful software that can record the screen, apps, and you through the camera.
Can you record the audio output from the computer and the voice from microphone, at the same time?

Yes, you can. By using this program, you can record the activity of your desktop with the sound from the microphone. You can export your final creation to AVI or FLV. For more information, visit the official website.
